When you shop at FAMM Collective, you can do so with confidence – the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we will provide you with a refund, exchange, or store credits within the guidelines outlined below. 

The quickest and easiest way to return a product is to email us at support. We want you to be happy with your purchase and if the condition of the product isn't as it should be, we'll endeavour to remedy the situation as smoothly as possible.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the receipt of your purchase(s) until the date you contact us, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.

General Return Terms

FAMM Collective is not liable for returns that are lost in transit. Customers should keep a record of tracking information to minimise confusion. 

The processing time for refunds, exchanges and store credits is 3 – 7 business days.

Refunds for gifted items may only be issued to the original purchaser’s form of payment.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges, store credit or repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

  • Original purchase receipt (this is sent to your nominated email address).
  • Evidence of purchase e.g. bank transaction record.
  • Original return/exchange receipt.

Refunds

If you received the wrong item or your goods arrive damaged, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Obviously, this is our responsibility and we will correct things as quickly as possible.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
  • In the event that the wrong item has been received or the goods arrive damaged, we will endeavour to replace the item. 
  • If we are unable to rectify the issue by replacing the wrong or damaged item, we will refund the full cost of purchase, including original shipping.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. 

    Exchanges and Store Credits

    Should you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size or have had a change of mind regarding your purchase, we will assist with an exchange or store credit. The following terms apply:

    • Exchanges for a different size or change of mind can be made once upon request.
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We will notify you if the required exchange item is out of stock or sold out.
    • We do not offer exchanges or store credits on custom-made items.
    • You will bear the expense of returning the goods to FAMM Collective.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from store credits.
    • The item is in re-saleable condition including that it is unused and in its original condition.
    Customers deemed to be taking unfair advantage of our return policy may be restricted from making additional purchases. FAMM Collective reserves the right to refuse to do business with any customer for any reason.
